So the question is what if komen get's sacked? So if I was the president of Barcelona i would have promoted Garcia Pimienta to the first team and would build up a project of atleast 5 years with all the young players the same thing that Bayren Munic did.
And my other alternate plan would be to get Eric Tan Hag to Barcelona and would give him 3 years of full freedom to mould the squad in his way and to ensure that all the players are developing not only in terms of skills but also physically.
