Max Allegri is back at Juventus, and he’s going to be looked at the rebuild the club in his image and try to recapture some of the magic he delivered during his first run at the club that had nothing but Serie A titles come along with it. Juventus officially announced the return of the 56-year-old Allegri on Friday, ending a wild 24-hour period that has seen him linked with multiple jobs and, seemingly out of nowhere and to the surprise of many, decide on a return to the club he left in 2019. Allegri replaces Andrea Pirlo, was relieved of his duties earlier in the day after a roller coaster ride of a 2020-21 season in charge of the now-former Serie A champions. Allegri has agreed to a four-year contract worth €9 million a season with Juventus and is expected to immediately be one of the highest-paid coaches in the game following his two-year hiatus. There is also the added kicker on top of the nice new contract and big annual salary: Allegri, after parting ways with Juventus two years ago, will now have more control over how the roster is constructed. That means, in short, Allegri is a much more powerful man than he was the first time around as Juventus manager.

Philippe Coutinho could leave Barcelona this summer, with the Spanish club willing to let the attacking midfielder leave. It has been reported that Premier League clubs Arsenal and Everton are both interested in securing the 28-year-old’s signature. The Brazilian’s current contract with Barca is set to expire in June 2023, but they are said to be open to offers. He has clocked up 14 appearances across all competitions for Ronald Koeman’s side since returning from Bayern Munich. The former Liverpool star suffered a serious injury while playing for Barca in the 1-1 draw with Eibar in December. He will now miss the upcoming Copa America tournament which is set to begin in June. Coutinho joined Barcelona in January 2018 in a deal worth £142 million from Liverpool. However, he failed to make a huge impact at Camp Nou, racking up 90 appearances across all competitions and scoring only 23 goals. The Brazil international is an immensely talented player who made a huge name for himself while playing in the Premier League with Liverpool. But he failed to replicate that form in Spain, with the Catalans not getting the expected performances for which they parted with such a huge sum. Having said that, he could still be a good addition for Everton or Arsenal.

Barcelona Femeni are just one step away from achieving an historic treble after beating Madrid CFF to reach the final of the Copa de la Reina. It was another dominant performance from Lluís Cortés’s side who hit the crossbar in the early stages and then took the lead after just 15 minutes. Alexia Putellas opened the scoring by firing home a low shot from inside the penalty area to finish off a well-worked team move. If Barcelona Femeni win The Treble it will be the first team to win the treble with both male and female team and winning treble is F.C Barcelona DNA.........💯🏆🏆🏆⚽️ VISCA EL BARCA ❤️
