The debate that has been the hot topic in English football for the most of the 21st century is that who was better amongst the three legendary English midfielders- Paul Scholes, Frank Lampard or Steven Gerrard?

The debate has been on for years now and it ends without a proper conclusion. While Manchester United fans say that Paul Scholes is the greatest midfielder of his generation Liverpool fans will argue that Steven Gerrard was the best amongst the three..... Last but not the least, Frank Lampard will be Chelsea fans' pick courtesy of magnificent goalscoring records who was not always a one club player like Scholes and Gerrard but was still phenomenal throughout his career Today we'll try to solve this debate Lets start with probably the most important that a midfielder should have and that is passing accuracy Amongst the three players the player with the most Passing accuracy at a long range throughout their Careers is by far Paul Scholes with an Accuracy of 84.09% followed by Gerrard at 77.10 and Lampard at 75.21% The next Category is Big Chances Created and the person who leads that is Steven Gerrard with 34 Big Chances Created followed by Lampard and Scholes at 15 and 5 each The player among these with the most goals is Frank Lampard with 177 goals and also with the most assists at 102 assists followed by Gerrard at 120 goals and also 92 assists And last but not the least Paul Scholes at 107 goals and 55 assists... In defensive prowess Gerrard is far ahead of Lampard and Scholes with a tackle success rate of 73% followed by Lampard And Schloes with 71% and 70% Gerrard also leads with Defensive Recoveries at 1330 Recoveries followed by Lampard at 986 and Scholes at 761 Now we'll Leave it upto you to decide that who amongst these is the greatest...
