matters needing attention 1. The vacuum pump shall be installed in a solid place on the ground, and sufficient space shall be left around for inspection, maintenance and repair. 2. When the gas discharged by the vacuum pump affects the working environment, a pipe can be installed at the exhaust port to lead away or install an oil mist filter. 3. For the vacuum pump with cooling water, connect the cooling water according to the regulations. 4. In the connecting pipeline, users can install valves and vacuum gauges above the air inlet of the vacuum pump, and check the limit pressure of the vacuum pump at any time. 5. The foundation level shall be maintained under the base of the vacuum pump. It is recommended to pad damping rubber or cast and install with bolts at the four corners of the base to ensure that the vacuum pump operates stably and has little vibration. 6. Connect the power supply according to the motor label, and install the grounding wire and fuse and thermal relay of appropriate specification. 7. The connecting pipe between the vacuum pump and the system shall be sealed reliably. For small vacuum pumps, metal pipes can be used for connection, and oil resistant rubber gasket can be used. For small vacuum pumps, vacuum rubber pipes can be used for connection. The pipe diameter shall not be less than the suction diameter of the vacuum pump, and the pipeline shall be short and less elbows. (when welding the pipeline, the welding slag in the pipeline shall be removed, and it is strictly prohibited for the welding slag to enter the vacuum pump chamber.) 8. When the vacuum pump is powered on for test run, the motor belt must be removed and the vacuum pump can be put into use only after confirming that the rotation direction of the vacuum pump meets the specified direction, so as to prevent the reverse injection of oil by the vacuum pump. 9. If a solenoid valve is installed at the vacuum pump port, the valve and the vacuum pump shall act at the same time.
